The workflow comprised an Agilent 8890 GC, an Agilent 5977A MSD, an Agilent 7693A automated liquid sampler, and an Agilent J&W DB-5ms Ultra Inert, high-efficiency column. This method enables superior resolution of common drugs, and is highly reproducible.
